"Teaching is my passion, and I use that passion to ignite the love of music and learning in my students. The essence of learning is the discovery of new pastures and the overcoming of obstacles on the path to clarity of mind and freedom of expression.

Regardless of your age or experience level, you can count on me to meet you where you are and communicate to the latent potential within you to grow and develop."

"Each of my students has a unique path, and I remind myself that every student learns and thinks differently.
I teach in a way that brings together the mind, body, and spirit so that my students, beginner-to-advanced, may have a holistic and rich experience of music.
My Post-Master's education in Music and Classical Guitar equips me to aid students seeking a solid foundation on the guitar and also those aspiring to enter college programs."

Academy Values
Passion for the Student's Development
Reliable Experience
My teaching model is based on my more than 10 years of experience teaching students of all ages, from 6-70+.
My teaching is a living practice that continues to evolve so my teaching tools are always in good working condition.
Personalized Attention
Teaching at the highest level begins with providing students the proper attention, and listening to them carefully.
I take the time to get to know each student and tailor instruction to their individual motivations and goals.
Best-Fit
Lesson Plans
In music, some lessons are eternal, but no student follows the same path as another.

No two students work on the same material in the same order.
Positive Learning Environment
I believe that learning should be fun and enjoyable. I create a positive and supportive learning environment while still encouraging growth and stimulating students to take on new challenges and achievements.

Body-Mind
Teaching
I believe that core to the musical process is a connection of Body, Mind, and Spirit.

My certification in the Alexander Technique allows me to see patterns of movements that other teachers would miss.

I teach students holistically to engage with their instrument for health of body and mind.
